Welcome to Sky Sprint Limo! By reserving our vehicles and utilizing our chauffeured transportation services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations & Confirmations
Reservations can be placed online at https://skysprintlimo.com or via telephone at (914) 548-7148. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation details sent via email or SMS.
2. Airport Pickups & Grace Periods
- Domestic Arrivals: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time is provided starting from the aircraft landing time.
- International Arrivals: 45 minutes of complimentary wait time is provided starting from the aircraft landing time.
- Wait time beyond the grace period is billed at the prevailing hourly chauffeur rate.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of dispatch may incur a standard cancellation fee.
4. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
To ensure passenger safety and maintain luxury fleet standards, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Cleaning fees will apply for spills or vehicle damage caused by passengers.
